David is the second part of the first chapter of the Omega Chronicles.
Plot[]
David woke up the next day and after his morning routine, he left the Mansion and went to the Town Square. David met with the alternate version of Charlotte - a vampire that was sired by Damon and the other Vampire that had a sire bond with Damon. David thanked her for the vampire hearts, but it won't do his cravings any good as he is Rakshasa and needs Human flesh to sustain him properly. Charlotte explained that she wasn't particularly fond of feeding him vampires but admitted that it is better than him killing her. "Brooke Felton" returned to the Salvatore School as she shared breakfast with Rafael. Lizzie and MG help with the setup for the talent show while Hope and Landon had off to close as Gemma and Mimi discuss the locator spell to find David. However, as Alaric was preparing a speech - a knock at the door grabbed his attention, and he was greeted by a woman introducing herself as Farida Chanda. Both Gemma and Mimi are shocked by her arrival but keep their shock to themselves as they quickly skedaddle to class. David noticed a car outside the old Fell Warehouse and seemed to recognise it as he proceeded to try and enter the warehouse but noticed the brass door handle. David noticed Blair Fell and asked her about the warehouse. Blair responded that it has been in her family for years and rarely uses it. David asked her if she wouldn't mind showing him around with her responding by taking him by the hand as she gave him a tour. David noticed a box after reaching the far end of the warehouse. Blair admitted that she's never seen the box before prompting David to ask if he can look in it. Blair gave him the okay, and in response; David grabbed the box and looked through it. Gemma and Mimi used a resurrection spell to bring back Pádraig. She told him that she needs help to stop Aries, but tells him to stay on the sidelines until they are in a better position. David recognised them as stakes and daggers, but not just any stake or dagger; the stakes were Ancient Silver Maple Stakes and the daggers were Ancient Silver Maple Ash Daggers. David decided to tell her a tail about the Original Werewolves, the Lycans, and the Original Werewolf Curse. In 2100 BC; at the request of a Scythian Shaman - a group consisting of six Ancient Greeks and six Ancient Romans travelled to Mount Olympus to make a sacrifice to the gods, however, upon reaching the highest point of Mount Olympus - the Ancient Greeks and Ancient Romans began arguing as the Romans referred to Zeus as Jupiter while the Greeks didn't. A Scythian Shaman commanded the group away and told them that they needed to learn to coexist. The Romans and Greeks requested a chance to prove themselves, and in return, the Scythian Shaman proceeded to reveal a location of that had the bones that once belonged to a Cave wolf and the Shaman instructed to the group to collect them. Upon their return; the group placed the bones in a bowl that the Shaman created while Shaman had gathered a few additional items. The shaman proceeded to show his true colours being using the items to create the Original Werewolf Curse and cursed the group; however, he was killed for his deception by one of the Original Werewolves. The 12 proceeded to form the "Original Pack" and maintained that they'd convene every year to discuss findings of a cure. Blair asked how he was so versed in the Supernatural word with David replying that he has been hunting Supernaturals for a while now, but before David went any further - he stopped himself. He explained that curse was placed upon the Original Werewolves and Lycans to prevent them from turning any more people into Werewolves and the people that inherited the Lycan gene later received the Werewolf gene which became the dominate gene. Barely any of the Lycans are alive as most of them are dead while the Original Werewolves are quite possibly still roaming the world, but he was once told as she child of a universe that was home to a type of Werewolf known as a Primordial Werewolf. Blair was surprised that he casually confirmed the multiverse theory to be real as David attempted to gloss over again, but was forced to admit that it was all real. David was hesitant to confirm that they'll never have to deal with the Primordial Werewolves as he doesn't know if anyone in their universe can reach theirs. David asked if he can keep the box, and Blair permitted him to take it. David left the warehouse with the box of stakes and daggers and went back to the Lockwood Mansion. Gemma and Mimi approached Farida Chanda in the halls of the Salvatore School and demanded to know why she was on Earth, but Cancer refused to answer them and told them to mind their own business. As "Brooke Felton" used her magic to scower the memories of the Saltzman twins. She managed to learn from Lizzie that she met a Jinn named Ablah and proceeded to analyse her memories. "Brooke" was able to identify a world created by Lizzie's wish for Hope to have never been born and managed to use a Memory Imprinting Spell to replicate her memory. David entered his room with two Bennett Witches and placed the box on a table. David proceeded to fish out a perfect paragon diamond and placed on the table with the box as he grabbed a silver kyanite ring and gave it a brief stare before placing it on the table. He tells the witches that they'll need to use Kemiya as part of the ritual to turn the metal to copper as part of the spell and that the idea is to turn into a ring that helps control his hunger. The witches confirmed that they understood and began the necessary steps to create the Rakshasa Hunger Amulet. After the spell was completed - they handed over the newly copper ring as David placed on his middle finger. David instantly felt its effects as he no longer had the urge to eat as the witches left. He proceeded to fish out some liver that he got from a werewolf but as he attempted to take a bite out of it - the ring glowed red causing severe pain throughout David's body as one of the Bennett Witches tell him that so long as he only consumes vampire - he'll never after to endure such pain as the Ring was essentially a dark object now. The witch was met with David's look of betrayal as she could tell that he was hurt by their actions but told him that it was for a good cause. David states that he has lived most of his life being subjected to the will of others and was sick of it. David tried to remove the ring, but the witch told him that he couldn't remove the ring and requires a witch to remove it for him. As the witches were leaving - a woman approached and identified herself as Anika Bhavsar. She magically snapped the neck of one the witches but turning to the remaining one and proceeded to maul her to death. Anika rushed over to the Lockwood Mansion and used her powers of illusion to hide the blood as she knocked on the door and asked for David. |
