In the early 1400s Edward would come to work as a Knight as well as a Scientist, being fascinated with anything of the sort. While doing his duties he would eventually resign from this occupation. After learning that his father was a member of The Brotherhood of The Five (The Five) he would learn that Vampires and the supernatural existed. Edward would then be imbued with his fathers hunters mark and would begin hunting strictly vampires, as he saw them as the greatest abominations in the world. Once he discovered Preeminent Vampires in 1440 he would start hunting them alongside Vampires deeming them as a greater threat to society. Soon his exploits would become known across the lands, and he would become somewhat feared as well revered for his killings of the supernatural. His name far reached beyond Europe by the 1540s and this would result in Darius Salvatore learning of his existence. Not paying him any mind for over 370 years (though knowing of his existence), would get infuriated when he found out that by the time 1543 rolled around, Edward had already killed a majority of the population of Preeminent Vampires that resided and lived within Europe. He was also planning a trip to eradicate the vampire population of Cherrysville (the city crowned as 'the Supernatural Utopia'), within several decades. When people heard that he was planning to do this in several decades they would laugh hysterically because they knew Edward would "die" before then or be "too old" to commit these acts. Luckily for Edward though he had been doing extensive research on Vampires. Knowing that their blood acted as a healing formula if it is to be ingested, he figured that if he were to create a formula made out of the vampiric blood he would be able to create a serum that temporarily slowed down his aging process for multiple years. So after doing years of development he would create the serum in 1561. Not long after that he would ingest the formula, transforming him into non-aging supernatural hunter. In 1934 he would finally decide that he was finally ready to kill the entirety of supernaturals that reside in Cherrysville. As he boarded his boat, he would take all of his hunter belongings with him, and would travel to the city that was located quite close to New Orleans, Louisiana. Once he stepped foot Darius Salvatore would instantly be notified (due to a magical alarm). After going to the area of which Edward entered he would finally come face to face with him, instantly recognizing Edward as his old friend that he fought with before. Darius would sigh in an empathetic fashion and knew that he had to kill Edward or his image would be ruined and citizens of Cherrysville (his duty to protect), would die. Darius would soon after end his life.
Personality[]
Edward was an incredibly complicated individual. He was cold, distant, and emotionally abusive towards his family, treating them more like insects than humans. His treatment of his family is the cause of their dysfunctional relationships, multiple neuroses, and destructive behavior.
At the same time he showed moments of deep concern for his kin, he gave Sophia (his sister) his violin, despite it being a memento of great importance to him. He also expressed sincere guilt and concern about his brother Angelo's well being while talking with Arcadius in the afterlife.
Physical Appearance[]

Edward was decently tall at 6'2, he had skinny but muscular build, blue (sometimes seen as brown) eyes, he had a rigid nose and grey hair, along with a mustache and goatee. He was often fitted in classy attire with supernatural hunting gear tightly kept beneath it. He also usually wore a monocle over his eye and he rarely took it out.
Powers and Abilities[]
As supernaturally gifted hunters, members of the Brotherhood of the Five are endowed with peak or above human physical abilities, such as strength, speed, agility, reflexes, and endurance. This includes a natural affinity with weapons combat and hunting.
Prior to becoming a Hunter, he was able to see the 'invisible' Hunter's Mark tattoo on an Unknown hunter's arm, which, according to him, meant that Edward was a potential vampire hunter. Once his father died, the first part of the Hunter's Mark appeared on Edward's right hand, and after he killed a vampire, he activated his powers and became a full member of the Brotherhood of the Five. Becoming a supernatural hunter gave him increased strength and agility; in addition to these physical powers, Edward also became immune to Silas' psychic powers, vampire mind compulsion, and could not be a host to a Traveler as a passenger.
Edward is also an accomplished hand-to-hand fighter after being trained by his father, as well as him killing personally thousands of vampires, many even before he had activated his supernatural hunter abilities due to him unknowingly doing so. In addition to his hand-to-hand skills, Edward had demonstrated that he was a capable marksman with both firearms and a crossbow, as he took 2 vampires down from a considerable distance with a crossbow, and shot them both in the head with fascinating precision.
Edward also does not age (though he is not immortal) after consuming his Vampire Immortality Serum.
