H₂O is the twelfth part of the first chapter of the Omega Chronicles, and the Zeroth part of H₂O.

Plot[]

A couple days after The Trap, in Southbank, Victoria, Australia - at the dead of night in a darkened alley; a pair of dumpster divers were searching through a bin near a technology store, however, they were interrupted by Cancer. She destroys one of them with molecular combustion as the second ran for their life, however, she speeds in front of him before breaking his legs. She stated that she was feeling a little annoyed that Gemini helped David Phoenix and the others trap and attack Aries. After becoming fed with the dumpster diver's whimpering she destroyed him with molecular combustion before wondering off.

Later that morning a woman was trying on a variety outfits before deciding on a black tank top, a navy blue denim skirt, and black flip-flops. She went to the JuiceNet and requested a long black and the JuiceNet Breakfast Special. She ate by herself until another woman called out to her, addressing her as Cleo with Cleo calling the other woman Emma. Emma proceeded to alert to Cleo that her recent vlog was causing the Pub to lose business with Cleo responding that people had a right to know that the pub was deliberately serving expired meat to its customers. Another woman scolded Cleo for slacking off to which Cleo addressed the woman as Rikki Chadwick and apologised with a scoff. Cleo gave Rikki a look of disapproval before returning to her meal.

Back in Salem; David was by Olga's side as her body continued to shut down. Gemini arrived and used a spell to stop Olga's body from shutting down before inviting Jerick into David Phoenix's apartment as she began discussing her plans to take down Aries and Cancer. Pádraig arrived and introduced himself properly to which David asked why he looked different to the Leprechaun that the Salvatore School face to which Padraig told him that there are two variants and explained that he just happened to be Humanoid variant. Gemini explained that because the Leprechaun Gold carries a unique type of curse for the user it is capable of killing a Zodiac especially when Gemini demonstrate herself being burnt by the coin as soon as she touched it. Gemini told them that she'll be back soon as she wanted to see someone.

At the docks of Southbank; A woman approached Cleo from behind addressing Cleo as Cleo Sertori as Cleo responding by calling the woman Miriam Kent. Miriam asked Cleo if she was still being a "sore loser" after her little prank on Kim Sertori to which Cleo annoyingly responded that the so-called prank almost got Kim expelled or worse. Cancer approached the pair introduced herself as Farida Chanda and asked where JuiceNet was. Miriam rudely explained to her where to find it and Cancer thanked before walking off. As soon as Cancer was certain neither of them will hear her; she proceeded to use a spell to give afflict Miriam with Hand, Foot, and mouth disease. As soon as the lesions formed on her skin - she ran off. Lewis McCartney approached Cleo as Cleo addressed him by name with Kim nearly riding into Lewis while cycling near beach. Cleo asked Lewis about his career as a Commercial Fisher with Lewis telling her that he doesn't mind especially with assistance from Neil Gilbert.

At the JuiceNet; Rikki begrudgingly entered the freezer with Patricia Gilbert, Lisa Gilbert, and Neil following her behind and telling her that they're staging an intervention one more time to get Rikki to accept the new normal. However, it goes poorly with Neil walking out in annoyance to Rikki's refusal to accept him as her step-father. Cancer approached Neil outside JuiceNet to ask about his woes, and he reveals everything with Cancer calling him a selfish, entitled jerk expecting Rikki to accept him especially after what happened. Neil berated Cancer to which Cancer replied by asking him if Neil has an allergy to which Neil replied with confusion that he was deathly allergic to shellfish. Cancer responded by force-feeding oyster and mussels causing him to into anaphylactic shock. Cancer sped away to let him die alone in the alley that she killed the dumpster divers allowing her to watch Neil die. Patricia becomes increasingly worried that Neil hasn't returned and called Rikki heartless for her harsh words. Emma approached her and told her that a woman offered away to get away from it all for a while, and revealed to her a map with directions to an unknown island 50 km off the coast of Australia.

At the Salem State University; Gemini entered Dr. Vironique Goad to which she smirked and addressed "Dr. Goad" as Virgo. Virgo happily welcomed her as Gemini asked her if she knew about Aries being back. Virgo confirmed that she did and that the release of Aries caused a large-scale disruption of magic which caused Mako Island to become uncloaked along a number of people compelled by Vampires to be suddenly compulsion-free. Virgo explained that she has no intentions on helping Gemini kill either of their sisters as Gemini revealed everything since Aries' return, but offered no solution to Olga's situation as she was sure how to help her. Gemini suggested the Fountain of Youth on Mako Island to which Virgo reminded her that it was destroyed, however, Gemini believes that the fountain's waters should still be enough to help. Virgo agreed to help and took her, David, Olga, Jerick, and Padraig all to Southbank.

At Southbank; Rikki was talking with Emma and expressing her annoyance at Neil's actions to which Emma told Rikki she doesn't hold her recent against their parents against her and neither should she. Rikki agreed to go on the trip and asked her to invite Cleo. They arrived at the dock where David and the others are. David asked Emma for where he can find a boot and Emma offered to take them over to the island. Each of them agreed and they went to island. Upon reaching Mako Island under the Full Moon; they exited onto shore and began moving up when they are confronted by Cancer.

Cancer attacked Virgo with her magic with Gemini knocking Cancer back. Cleo, Emma, and Rikki were confused forcing David to reveal everything to them, and proceeded to help them and Olga to get safety as Jerick and Padraig remained to help Gemini. Virgo emerged from the ground and revealed that she can burrow before guiding them to the Fountain of Youth. She explained everything about her time on Earth to them as the girls walked into a different cave and noticed the Moon Pool. Gemini crashed up against the cave wall near the girls after Cancer threw her and caused the girls to be knocked into the Moon Pool. The pool began to stir with Virgo using her magic to send Cancer to Annalise's universe with Gemini tossing Virgo the Zodiac Knife allowing Virgo to go to Annalise's universe and stab Cancer with it to temporarily trap her in the universe. Virgo help them with the destroyed Fountain of Youth, but the waters were unable to completely heal Olga due artificial nature and disruption of magic.

David offered to help Cleo and her friends but noticed that they were now Mermaids with Virgo revealing the origins of Merfolk to them before offering to return them home. They accept. At the shore; Virgo tried to pursued Gemini out of killing Aries, but Gemini told her that she tried to help, but she rejects everything that she tries. Virgo reaffirmed that she won't help and proceeded to take everyone back.

Cleo, Emma, and Rikki arrived back at Southbank and were shocked at their new circumstances with Rikki finally opening up to Emma; saying that she doesn't blame Emma, but every time she looked at her; she's reminded of her broken family and that it wasn't right. She wished she had better relationship with her and Elliot Gilbert. She told Emma that she can't accept her father, but will try to accept her. Emma and Rikki hugged meanwhile at Neil Gilbert's House; Elliot answered the door and noticed his father. Elliot was confused asked why he knocked to which Neil asked Elliot if he wouldn't mind inviting him in. Elliot thought Neil was joking at first, but after noticing that Neil was serious - complied. Elliot left and told Neil that he was going to hang out with Will Benjamin. Neil decided to let him. Lisa confronted Neil after Elliot left and during a heated exchange; Neil revealed himself as Rakshasa before mauling Lisa to death causing blood to splat everywhere. Neil shocked at his action began freaking out and cradled Lisa's body.
