Josie Saltzman is the alternate reality counterpart of Josie Saltzman.
Personality[]
Unlike her counterpart - Josie Saltzman is distant and cold towards Lizzie Saltzman while also being a popular girl. She was dating Connor, however, after Lizzie used her magic she was forced to enrol into the Mikaelson School. After the disappearance of Lizzie - she seemed to have resentment towards her for supposedly leaving, but also for actions that led to her being enrolled at the Mikaelson School.
After the Merge with Josie Saltzman of the Hunted Universe and Josie Saltzman of the Poor Universe respectively; Josie becomes more pleasant in regards to Lizzie.
Appearance[]
Josie is identical in physical appearance to her counterpart and usually wears similar clothes to her counterpart with the addition of Mikaelson branded clothing. After the merge - her clothes consisted of maroon pants, black military boots, a maroon sleeveless shirt, a black jacket, and a yellow headband.

In There's a World Where Your Dreams Came True; Josie Saltzman and Lizzie Saltzman were being driven to school by Alaric Saltzman (Mikaelson) with Josie noting that Lizzie was acting strangely compared and reminded her to steal their father's watch and the relationship between the two becomes strained when Josie finds out Lizzie has not stolen the watch. Lizzie goes to deliver the watch to Josie, but witnesses Dana and Connor kissing in the parking lot. She tells Josie about this, but Josie shuts her down, citing that she's paranoid. The two get into an argument, and Josie tells her that she's done trying to protect her, and that she is the reason their father is always drunk and mother is always out of town. Lizzie becomes angry and upset at Josie's words and begins experiencing flashes of power which shake the school. Alaric rushes to stop her but is too late as a car pulls up with the Mikaelson crest on the side. Lizzie scoffs when she sees Hope, fixes the situation before them and asks Alaric to come with them. It is revealed that whilst the Salvatore School doesn't exist, the Mikaelson School exists in its place. Hope takes Alaric, Josie and Lizzie back to the school, where she reveals there is a space free for a Headmaster in their European branch — a space they would like Alaric to fill.
2028-2029[]
After Lizzie used her wish to make it so that Hope was never born and thus created the Hunted Universe; she disappeared from the Mikaelson Universe and as a result the version of her that's supposed to exist in the universe disappeared without a trace prompting Alaric to take a job as Guidance Counselor at the Mikaelson School until they could fine Lizzie.

In Separation Anxiety; she meets Olga Milkov when she first arrived in the Mikaelson Universe.
