Lochlin Salvatore was a young slave that belonged to Darius Salvatore, from the late 13th-early 14th centuries. After he was freed, he took the name of his former master.
Early History[]
Not much is known about Lochlin's early life. His mother and father sold him into slavery at five, in order to pay some of their debts. He ended up as property of the acting King of Astafor. He is freed four years later. After he is turned into a vampire, he is issued as a freeman by his former master, and leads into a life of being a mercenary.
Appearance[]
Lochlin as black curly hair, brown eyes, and has a copper skin complextion.
Personality[]
Lochlin was a very hard worker. He was also seen as a very brave man, who (in his days as a slave) often took on the injury and beatings meant for others. Because he didn't succumb to a rampant fever that ran in the lands, he became known as Lochlin the Favored.

Lochlin has the powers and abilities of a non-original vampire. Along with those powers, he has the skill of a mercenary.

Trivia[]
- Lochlin's parents sold him when he was five years old.
- When he became free, Lochlin took the last name of his master, Salvatore. He did this out of affections for the man. This means that Lochlin has no blood-relation to the Salvatore family.
