Louise Chatham is a Mermaid and a member of the Arctic Ocean Merfolk Clan. She arrives in Southbank to act as a mentor to Rikki Chadwick, Emma Gilbert, and Cleo Sertori.
Personality[]
Louise is an experience, cautious, nurturing, and quick-thinking Mermaid. She cares for the secrecy of Merfolk to the non-Supernatural.
Appearance[]
Louise is a blonde-haired, hazel-eyed, caucasian woman. She often wears a little coloured clothing and a Mermaid Moon Ring on her left finger which is spelled to remain on her finger no matter what.

Background[]
On May 9, 1968 - at the age of 15; Louise and her family ventured to Bjorne Island where she was separated from her family due to a blizzard and fell into the Bjorne Island Moon Pool turning her into a Mermaid. However, she was discovered by the Arctic Ocean Merfolk Clan and adopted into the clan. She was reporting missing by her parents, but was never found.
2031[]
She arrived in Southbank after learning of Cleo Sertori, Rikki Chadwick, and Emma Gilbert becoming Mermaids. She become helping them and even gave them a grimoire to use in order to learn and control their magic.
