Ophiuchus is a unique Zodiac as he was the 13th Zodiac.
Personality[]
Ophiuchus is a powerful entity and as a result of his age - he is quite knowledgeable. Due to his immense power; he can come off as extremely arrogant, self-absorbed, and cocky never taking any challenge seriously not even when challenged by powerful Immortals like Silas or even the Sirens.
Appearance[]
Ophiuchus in his true form is a massive Serpent that can coil around the entity of Mystic Falls. However, his Human form consists of an aged man with blonde hair and hazel eyes.
Biography[]
Background[]
Ophiuchus arrived in the Universe during the Big Bang and used his powers to create the Multiverse. He proceeded to create at least 24 different universes with different or similar timelines. After coming into contact with a number of harmful products on Earth; he proceeded to create a number of extinction events to destroy some of them before making his last extinction event.
After the Asteroid event on Earth that killed the dinosaurs; Ophiuchus decided to reside on Europa for years as Earth recovered from its devastation.
Powers and Abilities[]
Ophiuchus as a 13th Zodiac has a number of abilities.
- Magic: Ophiuchus is capable using Zodiac magic and over forms of Magic.
- Pyromancy: Ophiuchus can produce fire and as well as manipulate it.
- Aethimancy: Ophiuchus is a powerful practitioner of aether-based magic.
- Resurrection: Ophiuchus is capable of resurrecting others.
- Illusions: Ophiuchus is can manipulate, cast, and alter illusions.
- Power Absorption: Ophiuchus is able to absorb the powers of others similar to a siphon.
- Power Mimicry: Ophiuchus can make the abilities of others.
- Siphoning: After making the powers of pre-Hybrid Kai Parker - he was able to use siphoning abilities.
- Mind Compulsion: Ophiuchus was able to mimic the ability to compel Humans, Non-Original Vampires, and Non-Original Hybrids by mimicking Elijah's Mind Compulsion power.
- Advanced Werewolf Bite: By copying the powers of David Phoenix as an Upgraded Original Vampire; Ophiuchus was able to acquire the ability to use the Advanced Werewolf Bite.
- Power Negation: The ability to negate the powers of others.
- Fame Empowerment: Ophiuchus becomes stronger the more famous he is or becomes.
- Immortality: Ophiuchus is the oldest being in existence.
Weaknesses[]
- Magic: Ophiuchus is susceptible to magic and can be harmed by it.
- Fame Empowerment: Just he becomes stronger the more famous he is or becomes - the opposite weakens him. The less known he becomes the weaker he becomes.
- Zircon: As the 13th Zodiac - he can be killed by Zircon.
- Montsechia Vidalii: An extinct genus of plants which can harm or even poison Ophiuchus but cannot kill him.
- Copper Awl: Copper Awl can negate the abilities that Ophiuchus mimicked from others.
- Bristlecone Pine Amber: Amber from the sap of the Bristlecone Pine can be used to harm Ophiuchus.
