Renise Mikaelson is the youngest of the Mikaelson family, and the first reincarnation of Anise, and the first Carina Doppelgänger.
Early Life[]
A year after Henrik was born Esther became pregnant again with the final Mikaelson child, and gave birth to Renise. While she isn’t fully close to some of her siblings she has a strong bond with Elijah, Niklaus, and Rebekah. At the age of 10 just after Henrik was killed Renise meets Tatia the descendant of Amara who she met in her past life. After her older siblings became the original vampires her older siblings, and her go on the run. Her siblings hid the last immortality spell during their fleeing as they planned to make Renise a original vampire, but wait till she gets older. It was discovered that while Esther is her birth mother Mikael wasn't her birth father that she like Klaus was conceived by another man who was the great great grandson of Anise Carina.
Falling in Love With a Brotherhood[]
Like her sister Rebekah Renise fell in love with a second member of the Brotherhood, and he fell for her sensing she is human. He wanted to take her away from her siblings, and had a one night stand with Renise. After he die, and her heartbroken she began to feel sick, and her dress being a bit tight. She found out that she is pregnant delaying her transformation into a Original Vampire. She later gave birth to twins, and decided to give both her children away despite Rebekah telling her not to give her children away.

Although she is not seen Elijah, Klaus & Rebekah whenever they see Annalise is reminded of their sister.
