Samara Gilbert is the daughter of Annalise & Jeremy. Samara was born on October 7, 2013. She is part of the Denisa Family due to her ancestor Anise, the Mikaelson Family due to her second ancestor Renise, Salvatore Family due to Alexandria, Emily & Darius, and the Gilbert Family due to her dad.
Samara's Birth[]
During the situation with Rayna, Annalise began to feel sick to her stomach only to find out that she was pregnant due to Rayna sensing the unborn Samara in Annalise‘s womb, and she struggles with this. Due to Aries’ acceleration spell being imbued in a cup of water it caused Annalise to give birth to Samara after her pregnancy sped up before turning Annalise into an Original Vampire, and raises her after they return to their universe.
Meeting Rayna[]
Rayna foresees a older Samara as a Supernatural Huntress which lead Rayna to choose Samara as her successor.
When Samara was three she met the Supernatural Huntress Rayna Cruz who gotten Damon to hunt down the vampires that escaped from phoenix stone before giving Bonnie her final life that when she crosspaths with her Rayna sense Samara remembering that the leader of the eight shamans when Rayna was about to become a supernatural huntress foretold Rayna that her successor will be born during Rayna's final life is destined to be a Supernatural Huntress she realized that Samara was born during her final life so she gave her a necklace choosing Samara as her successor giving Jeremy & Annalise a dagger that would be given to Samara once she becomes a Supernatural Huntress. Rayna searched for eleven shamans to be Samara's link as a Supernatural Huntress when she comes of age.

Though not seen Caroline mentioned that she is traveling with her parents while Annalise is deciding whether or not to send Samara to the Salvatore Boarding School.
Becoming a Huntress[]
In June of 2024 Samara was imbued by the power of a Supernatural Huntress and has 11 Lives by the Shamans Rayna searched for. The reason why she was given this power was so that she could rid the world of evil supernatural beings. This is different from the ritual that was performed on her predecessor Rayna because Samara does not feel any increased hatred towards vampires or other supernatural beings. She does have internalised hatred for vampires and werewolves though she finds some of them to be good people and does not resent the entire species.

Samara began to attend a year after Hope arrived, and often forms a rivalry with her.
Apocalypse Reality Samara[]
When Lizzie wished that Hope wasn't born lead Lizzie to this apocalyptic reality Annalise & Jeremy were killed by vampires only for Rayna to save the infant Samara raising her as her daughter, and train her to be a huntress. After Samara became a Supernatural Huntress by the 10 Shamans, and her adopted mother's life Triad recruited her as a assassin while they hid the preseved shamans in their building. Samara in the past killed Rafael, and Emma then lead a group of Triad soldiers to attack the school where she murdered Penelope, and Alaric continuing her bloodlust and hatred. When Lizzie wished for everything back to normal this version was erased or so they thought. She was brought back to existence by the Necromancer who decided to kill the Supernatural. She later crosspaths with her good doppelganger Samara, and sees her as a weakling.
Throughout The Huntress[]
Upon learning that her former enemies that died by her hands are back from the dead, Samara left The Salvatore Boarding School for a semester to hunt down her enemies before they could kill her.
Reuniting with Rayna[]
Rayna? Hello little one.- Sanara & Rayna meeting each other again.
During her hunts her hallucinations started to get worse almost breaking her till she encounter Rayna's spirit who was happy to see how much Samara has grown, but noticed that Samara is struggling with her confidence, and her fighting that she helped teach her new moves even in combat between the two, and encourage her to continue to fight the evils on earth as she returns to the afterlife she leaves behind her modern clothes that Samara removed her previous clothes outting them in her bag while putting on Rayna's clothes and continued her hunts.
From Huntress to Mermaid to Huntress again[]

The mermaid pod on the coast of Virginia where causing problems that when Samara tried to stop them the leader of the mermaid pod tricked Samara into wearing a coral bracelet that the leader use her magic to turn Samara into a mermaid making it difficult for her to move with her tail, and to stopping them without her legs Vixen was able help Samara by sending the pod back into the sea, and turning Samara back to normal.
Return to the Omega Universe[]
During one of her hunts Samara ended up in the Omega Universe where she met David Phoenix a aquaitance of her mom Annalise & her dad Jeremy. At first Samara didn't fully trust David, but after they both took down a vampire he finally gain her trust, and she went back to her universe. Unknown to her that she was being tested by the remaining Zodiacs for the upcoming Time Ripple that would destroy everything.
Encountering Lily Mikaelson[]
"Why didn't you kill me?" "Unlike Rayna I see the goodness in vampires, and werewolves."-Samara answering Lily's question.
During her hunts she encounter the vampire Lily Mikaelson, and began to fight her after Lily realized that Samara is a Supernatural Huntress. While Samara did take her down she decided to spare Lily's life after she sees the good inside her.
Destruction of the Alphaverse[]
When the Time Ripple began to destroy the multiverse she witnesses her parents get killed while she nearly died till she was pulled out of the destroyed Alpha Universe by her mom's friend David of the Omega Universe within the Zodiac Time Chamber. Prior of the rebirth of her universe she retain her memories of the previous timeline, and universe.
Return to the Alphaverse[]
After the Dark Timeline cease to exist, and both the New Omega Universe, and the restored Alphaverse would separated the last Zodiacs open one last breach for her as she gave her final goodbyes, and went back home. After she arrived in Salvatore Boarding School, and entering a auditorium everyone even a humanity off Hope was surprised seeing her after she was gone. Hope thought Samara was going to kill her only for the latter to reveal that she decided to take a break from what she went through. During the students' attempts to turn on Hope's humanity Samara sitting next to Hope explain that she was helping others trying to save the multiverse, and encounter other versions of Hope especially one where Caroline is her biological mother. While the students fail to turn on her humanity she like Samara's experience. When Hope was preparing to leave, and kill the Triads Samara gives Hope Rayna's dagger which is Samara's most prize possesion along with telling Hope that there's a evil version of herself name Mara who she requested to give her Hell. Hope leaving smile as she thinks of what to do with Samara when she reaches her final life.
Dealing with the Gods[]
Reuniting with Lizzie, and Hope the three of them encounter Jen that the three discovered that Jen is a god making three of them to now deal with the gods. Unknown to Samara Hope plans to sire Samara while Jen seeing Samara has plans for her as well.

Sometime after she passed away in her final life she has become a legend to the Supernatural world some sees her as a demon while others sees her as a guardian that sees good and evil.
Personality[]
Samara can be ruthless and unstoppable. She also seems to have a pathological hatred of certain species though she is not obsessed with eliminating them. She shows little sympathy for evil vampires and werewolves, though if she can tell that someone is good, no matter their species she will take a liking to them. Samara is quite quick on her feet too and can be rude to others. Deep inside and under all of her layers she is a good, kind-hearted, and loving person, who care deeply for her family.
Physical Appearance[]
Samara is a woman with the blonde-golden hair, brown eyes and a medium but muscular figure.
Clothing[]
Samara often can be seen in her vintage black leather jacket, accompanied by pants of the same color. She wears heavy duty boots suitable for combat as well. Though when the times is called for she can change into other more conventional attire based on the occasion. She also wears a necklace given to her by her predecessor Rayna.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Enhanced Strength: Supernatural Huntresses start off possessing superior strength that makes them stronger than humans but below that of newborn vampires. That said, they are endowed by shamans to grow stronger every time they lose a life. Eventually, their strength appears to be able to match that of even the most ancient vampires in the world, as Samara was able to fight and slaughter many Order members and even warrant Darius' wary. Samara's strength also will not falter with old age.
- Enhanced Reflexes: Samara possess peak-human reflexes. She has demonstrated superior reaction time to those of humans and can dodge offensive attacks and evade strikes from beings with super speed. Samara was able to wipe out numerous members of The Order, even catching two of them off guard and immediately killing them. She was also able to shoot several Vampires with stake guns, killing them without them even being able to react.
- Immunity to Magic: A Supernatural Huntress's body becomes immune to offensive magic directed at them which seemed to be the work of the Tea of Protection. This was proven when an unknown witch tried to use telekinesis on Samara when the latter attempted to kill her, but to no avail. However, this immunity did not cause Samara to not lose stamina while holding The Darius Stone in the palms of her hands.
- Connection to The Darius Sword: Even when she is not near it, Samara has an intense connection to the Darius sword. This allows for her to mark her victims and targets with ease.
- Poisonous Blood: Samara possess blood that is poisonous to witches, even those that are immortal such as a witch-vampire hybrid. Pills made from Samara's blood are able to block a witch's power and if taken daily for a period of time it will eventually kill said witch. This fatal effect on witches appear to come from the Huntress's immunity to witchcraft.
- Lack of Anger: Unlike Huntresses similar to Rayna, Samara showed that she does not have the impending urge to kill supernatural beings (i.e Vampires). This means that she is controlled and will not make foolish decisions because of her natural instinct.
- Self-Resurrection: Samara possess the ability to continually resurrect from the dead a total of eleven times, similar to users of the Gilbert Ring. If she dies moments after her death, her body spontaneously self-combusts only to be reborn from the ashes to the age when they received their abilities from the Shamans, akin to a phoenix rising from the ashes. This was achieved through the self-sacrifice of the Eleven Shamans who gave their lives to Samara with their bodies preserved but each of her deaths caused one of them to decay. The Bodies are kept within the Salvatore Boarding School for the Young & Gifted as an artifact.
- Longevity: In each of her lives, Supernatural Huntresses like Samara age at a slower rate compared to humans, granting them an extended lifespan. If Samara was to not do anything or if she stays in shape for most of her lives then she has the possibility to live up to 1100 years.
Weaknesses[]
- Herbs: Certain herbs, when applied as a paste on the scars, can mask the signal that allows a Samara to find her marked victims.
- Eleven Life: Samara only possess a total of eleven lives, though she will not die permanently after expending her eleventh life. Once her 11th life has been ended she will revert back to her form that she was in when she received her power and will be able to live out her human life. The Shamans that gave her power did this so that after Samara killed many supernatural beings she would be able to not have to do so and retire.
- Mortality: Despite her enhanced physical attributes, Samara is still technically human and shares many of the same weaknesses as non-supernatural beings (e.g. age, decapitation, disease, heart-failure, suffocation, etc.) however the Samara is reborn from said death.
- Link to the Shamans: Should all of the bodies of the Eleven Shamans that gave Samara be destroyed, the spell that keeps her as Supernatural Huntresses would be undone and she would revert back to the state they were before.
- Victim Connection: Samara is connected partially to the ones that she kills using The Darius Sword and can sometimes be haunted by them; their minds. This was evident when Samara killed Arthur Stevenson with her blade and when he was resurrected she could feel his anger and hatred for her.
- Mermaid Magic: While she is immune to Witch magic she realize she is not immune to mermaid magic after she got turned into a mermaid.

- Enhanced Swimming: After Samara was turn into a mermaid, and shove into the ocean she swam back to shore near the rocks staying there till she turns back into a supernatural huntress.
