Terry Chadwick is a character in H2O series and a Police Sergeant in Southbank.
Personality[]
He is a focused and caring man while also keeping his priority as both a single father and enforcing the laws of Southbank. He is protective of his daughter as when he learned that she was a Mermaid - he immediately agreed to keep her secret as well as having soft and tender spirit as he was willing to host a surprise birthday for her, however, he is impartial while in uniform and is willing to charge his daughter with infractions and crimes.
Appearance[]
Terry Chadwick is a 5'7" Aborigine man with black hair and brown eyes. His police uniform consists of a Light Blue shirt, and dark trouser, polished black boots, and his police equipment. He also sometimes wears a ray band glasses, and dark hat with a white and blue chequered band around it.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Terry Chadwick was born and raised in Southbank and became a founding member of the Inner Circle. He was able to keep the community Vampire-free for long time before a strange artefact ended up in his custody. The artefact became the focus of Triad Industries and dubbed it Project Pandora. However, Terry denied having access to it while it was in fact kept in the Underground Vaults of Southbank.
In 2010 - Terry's wife Patricia began having an affair with Neil Gilbert resulting in a son, a divorce, and the pair eventually getting married while Terry gained full custody of Rikki Chadwick. Terry later paid a couple of people to steal and replace a couple artefacts to be added to the vaults this included the "Spear of Destiny", the woman from Lemb, the basano vase, and a supposedly cursed mirror.
Throughout the H2O series[]
Thomas, Carly Morgan, and Terry responded to the report of a death relating to Lisa Gilbert at Neil Gilbert's house. Thomas asked about Rikki to which Terry told him stay on task. Terry entered the crime scene and found the mangled corpse of Lisa Gilbert. Thomas asked whether he thought it was a Werewolf attack or Vampire attack. Terry corrected him that Werewolves rarely come to Australia and that it would be more likely a Weredingo attack because of the mess. Terry was disheartened as Lisa was close friend of the families even after everything that happened between his ex-wife and her ex-husband. Terry ordered the other police to vacate the premises before being interrupted by Sherilee Bennett. Terry told her that she was trespassing on the crime scene and that she's not the Police Superintendent anymore.
Terry later found Lisa alive once again at home and realised that she had become a Vampire. Lisa mentioned that last night she was at a bar when a stranger came up to her and shared drinks with her. She remembered him telling her not to question him putting his blood into the drinks and Terry told her that she was in transition. Lisa was confused and Terry decided to tell her about the supernatural. Terry told her to keep it down as Sherilee will kill her if she found out. Terry decided to take her to care and had Carly and Thomas tell Sherilee that they brought her back with the help of an ally. Terry took her home and gave her a blood bag to help her complete the transition and told her that she'll be unable to go outside as the Sun will burn her to death, but due to not being invited in - she began being forced out of the house when Terry grabbed hold of her and called Emma. At first Emma was confused by Terry's request to invite her mother into her own house, but Terry told her she's a little tipsy from last night and won't come in. He handed the phone so that Emma could invite in causing the house to stop trying to eject her.Relationships[]
Rikki Chadwick[]
Terry is the father of Rikki Chadwick and was had sole custody of her as she was growing up. He kept much of the supernatural world from especially after he began filling the Underground Vaults of Southbank with cursed and other items.
