Time Ripple is unofficial name that was caused by The Time Thief after he altered the timeline and was expanded by the return of the Zodiac and when Cancer released Aries.
Characteristic[]
The Time Ripple is a storm unleashed upon the Multiverse as a result of the The Time Thief's change of his Universe's Timeline and the Releasing of Aries. The storm developed into an Eschatology-level storm which doomed the entirety of the Multiverse.
The storm comes in the form a gigantic green cloud that slowly consumes the Universe altering it and erasing anything that the Time Thief's universe considers an anachronism. The event is characterised by the Zodiacs as something that it would take either three Zodiacs or the world's entire population of Witches to come together to make a spell necessary to halt it.
However, Aries and her sisters come up with plan that will destroy it at the cost of the Multiverse, but with a little effort they'll be able to bring about a new Universe and Timeline to replace the destroyed Timeline and Multiverse in order to give them time to recreate the Original Timeline.

The Releasing of Aries[]
The resulting paradox created by The Time Thief's action would've ended in his own universe, however, due to the appearance of the Zodiac prior to The Time Thief's blunder had caused the Temporal Alignment of the Multiverse to become disrupted causing time to be different for each universe as such the Omega Universe's 2031 was the equivalent of the Time Thief's universe's 2044.
Cancer's releasing of Aries resulted in massive surge of energy across the Multiverse which not only changed workings of the Afterhouse causing it to become the new supernatural afterlife after the collapse of the Other Side in 2012. It also caused the ripple effect caused by The Time Thief's action to begin affecting all Universes in the Multiverse.
Breaching of the Afterhouse[]
After returning from Annalise's Universe; the Rakshasa Coven invades Salem with intention of bringing Rajesh Tripathi into the Coven and remaking David Phoenix they ultimately fail when Yashvi Venkatesh is killed by Aries and the death of remaining members as well as all Rakshasa Hybrids across the Multiverse are used to overwhelm the barrier of the Afterhouse allowing Darius Salvatore to be sent free after his soul was trapped there in the 2044 of his universe by Cancer causing him to become a Restless Spirit retaining all of his Original Preeminent Hybrid abilities. Darius also brought the Hand of Glory he stole from a witch coven in 2034 of his Universe which will become the final component in making the Zodiac Stake.
Destruction of the Multiverse[]
The Multiverse's destruction was planned by Cancer and Darius Salvatore in order to use it as a means to recreate the universe without the Time Ripple. However, Cancer was killed before she could complete her part of the plan forcing Darius to take over. In the final efforts to stop the Time Ripple; the Zodiac Supernova Spell was used to turn the energetic release upon Leo's death and the death of Darius as a result of using the Zodiac Stake on Leo to create powerful Zodiac Supernova that could wipe all Universes at once with only the Zodiacs and locations and people protected by the Zodiacs surviving the blast which happens to be the Moon Pools, Mako Island, Southbank, and the Merfolk. All other life including their souls that were currently in the living world were obliterated as a result not in The Hollow or Arcadius could survive the Zodiac Supernova.

While this included inhabitants from the Omega Universe - it took place in Annalise's universe. It would serve as the final battle for Cancer and will also give Aries the idea to use the Zodiac Supernova Spell to destroy the Time Ripple.
